As I am just starting my business, and have limited funds, no item will be returnable. The only exception is if you would like an item fixed. If you include a self-addressed envelope/a check that covers postage ($3 for the US, or 2 pounds in the UK), I will fix the item and return it to you. Please email me before you make a return so that I can give you my address.
I make everything to the best of my ability and can ensure quality. Quality is my main aim as I rely on your continued business and your recommendations. I am not responsible for wear and tear undergone by rought treatment.
